There's No "I" In Team

Fate walked down the the street holding all the bags of clothes and things that Star and Cagalli had bought from the previous stores they went to. "Why do I have to carry all the bags?" Fate kept walking, "I mean I am just a boy."

Fate was complaining once again, but the truth was that he really didn't mind holding all this 'stuff' just as long as the two of them was happy.

[Star Leonhart]

"Stop complaining," Star smiled, "You're enjoying this just as much as we are." She nearly almost passed one of her favorite shopping stores. "Besides! You're not a boy anymore," She said, "You gave up being a boy when you joined the military." She then gently grabbed Cagalli by the hand, "We have to go in here. It's my favorite place to shop," She said.

Cagalli smiled and told Star that this was her favorite store to visit. As Cagalli and Star went inside the store, Cagalli caught sight of a dressed she would like to wear at one of Orb's formal meetings. She then grabbed the dress and asked Star if it look good on her.

"It looks great," Star smiled, "It really brings the color of your eyes out." She looked over to Fate, "Don't you think it looks great," She said.

"Yeah.... Wait! Is this a trick question...? I mean she looks beautiful, but i'm pretty sure if I say that it gonna end up with me getting hit again... But then again she is trying to make Cagalli happy so maybe Star wants me to say that she's looks great..." Fate thought as he rubbed his head, "WOMEN ARE SO CONFUSING!!" Fate looked over to Star and the Cagalli. "It looks great," Fate smiled, "I'm pretty sure you'll look great in anything." He closed his eyes tight and braced himself to be hit by Star.

Cagalli looked at the dress and thought it was cute. She then looked herself in the mirror that was across the room and started to giggle. "I hate wearing dresses," she said. She then explained to them a long time ago she use to despise wearing dresses. Now she doesn't mind it's just that she seldom wears them. "I think it looks good," she said with a smile.

[Star Leonhart]

Star smiled. "If you like it," Star said, "You should by it. I mean it does look great on you." Star grabbed a few dresses that she had her eyes on for weeks. She then slowly walked over to Fate and tossed them to him. "Be careful with those," She said as she looked for more clothing.

Fate stared at Star coldly as he caught the dresses. "I have a feeling that i'm also going to be the one paying for all this... Fate thought. He looked at his watch and then back at Star and Cagalli. "We gotta hurry if we plan on getting to the amusement park before they close," Fate signed.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

"I haven't had the time to go out do such things. Sometimes I forget I'm still a teenage girl that needs to go out from time to time," she said. Bearing the burden of Orb has a tremendous weight on her shoulders, but she tries to uphold ideals of her father and of Orb.

She looked over to Cagalli and smiled. "Well, that what you have Fate and I for," Star said, "To help you enjoy yourself every now and then." She walked over to the counter and signaled for Fate to come with all the stuff she had picked out. "Well, what are you waiting for?" Star smiled, "The quicker you are the more time we will have at the amusement park."

"... I really am paying for all of this... There goes two weeks worth of pay..." Fate thought as he walked over to the counter. He gently put the clothes on the counter and watch the young girl slowly ring them up. He slowly pulled out a credit card, "I'm going to be in the 'hole' for the rest of my life," He said to himself.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

Cagalli laughed. "Being in Orb's military does pay you enough to live a little." she added in reply to Fate. She then watched as her clothing was being ringed up by the scanner. Cagalli smiled and said, "The amusment park sounds really nice. I don't remember going on one since I was a c child," she said to them both.

[Star Leonhart]

"Well, sometimes you have to remember the kid in you," Star said, "Besides, you're never to old to go to an amusement park with friends." The young lady then put all the clothes into bags and handed them to Fate. "Okay," Star smiled, "We will put all the bags in the car and head for the amusement park. NEXT STOP: The Roller Coaster!" It was clear that she was a little too excited.

Fate grabbed all the bags, barely keeping his balance. "This is the last time I go shopping with females..." He thought as he waited for the two. Once he heard Star mention the roller coaster Fate's heart dropped. He was truly afraid of rolller coaster... Almost as much as he was afraid of Star when she was angry.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

Cagalli started smiling as soon as Star mentioned of a rollercoaster. She couldn't even remember the last time she went. "This a great way for us to enjoy ourselves a little," she said. Cagalli got in the car as Fate put all the bags in the trunk. She then told Star how excited she was.
