Cagalli listened to Athrun and Shinya's conversation. She then heard the word "Aegis" and started to think about Athrun. She met Athrun when he piloted the Aegis. She then looked at Athrun while he was talking to Shinya.

Shinya then looked at Athrun. "By the way, Kira said he wanted to talk to you as soon as he arrives on Orb. He said something about returning something that was broken," said Shinya. Although they were inside the night grew late, but traces of the sun can still be seen over the horizon.

Suddenly a gigantic explosion was heard from within Onogoro Isand. The explosion could be seen even in the main city!

Shinya looked around. "What is going on?" He then shielded Cagalli and Athrun from getting hurt by the debris that was falling from the ceiling. "Are you ok?" he asked. He then told Athrun and Cagalli to stay where they are as he will investigate the cause of the eplosion.

Athrun got up from being shielded by Shinya then he looked at Cagalli and held his hand out to her. "Are you alright Cagalli?" He said as he remembered the time when she got hurt at Armory One during Phantom Pain's attack that happened before the second war.

Cagalli held Athrun's hand tight. "I'm fine, thank you Athrun." She held Athrun's hand tight and said, "Where are you going Shinya? It's dangerous!" she exclaimed. She then looked at Athrun as she her face shown worriness in her eyes.
Orb soldier began to show up near Cagalli ensuring her safety.

"I'm going to find out the source of that explosion. You guys sit tight!" shouted Shinya as he ran towards the explosion. He was careful in avoiding the fallen debris.

After going through the atomosphere, the Minerva quickly made an emergency landing near Onogoro Island after seeing the explosion. "Sakurai, launch immediatle!" he shouted. |

Sakurai wasted no time in running to her mobile suit. She did not bother to put on her mobile suit uniform. She jumped into the cockpit and started to update the O.S. The Vent Savior was being loaded onto the catapault. Systems were ready.
"Sakurai Honoka, Vent Savior, IKOYO!" shouted Sakurai as Vent Savior took off.

Shinya continued run as he was about to reach the hanger of Onogoro Island. He paused for a while making sure it was safe to navigate through the passageway. Smoke can be seen rising as he continued to press on.

Cagalli instructed the Orb soldiers to secure all exits and tighten security. He then went over to Athrun. "Are you ok? Are you hurt Athrun?" she asked. The walls began to shake a little. Cagalli was wondering what was going on.

"I'm doing fine thanks Cagalli." Athrun replied to her as he was glad that she didn't get hurt but then he also wanted to go with Shinya to see whats going on but he knew he couldn't let Cagalli be alone.

Cagalli was happy to know that her Athrun was doing well. She got up and instructed Orb soldiers to assess the damages and make sure everyone on base was accounted for. "Tend to the injured" she instructed. She then looked at Athrun. "If want to go you can, but please be careful," she said.
