Lacus looked at the chairwoman with the sad face of hers. Lacus thought "i don't know how we can get through this. The chairwoman has alot of pressure on her shoulders, and of course i want to help her. But i don't know what we should do, to get through this." She looked down at the table and thought about different possibilities to make the chairwoman lose some of her pressure.
Lacus looked at the monitor and thought "We can't even leave, because we have to protect the people in this town, and we have to protect the Chairwoman at all cost. "
Lacus looked at the chairwoman and thought "I wish Kira was here, then he could cheer her up. I can't say something funny as long the the mood is this tense."
The smile on Lacus Jewell's face was gone, and she was getting serious. She couldn't give up, she wants it all to be good again. But what could she do. She tried to eat something, but wasn't in the mood at all, she made the Chairwoman sad, because asked, if there was something they could do about this problem. She wanted to make her happy, but she don't know how, because she can't save the hole world in this instant all alone.
Lacus said low "im sorry, it wasn't my will to make sad, and think so much. I deeply am sorry..."

The Chairwoman looked at Lacus. "I'm sorry if I brought the mood down. We were suppose to enjoy our meal and my favorite restaurant, but instead I am making it worse." replied the Chairwoman.

The chairwoman forced a smile on her face. "No, it's not your fault. What we can do now is try to make the people feel safe in this uneasy time. The road to peace is never easy, but I plan to take that road." said the Chairwoman. She finished her salad and took another sip of her water.

Lacus smiled and said "see now you sound like a real Leader. I know you can do it. As long we do our best, we can survive" she ate the rest of her soup and ate some of the salad to.

Lacus Clyne smiles. "You remind me of Cagalli. She is head strong, but she doesn't realize how good of a leader she is. I will continue this path of peace even self-preservation requires violence, I will do it." said the Chairwoman. She started to feel better about herself. She wanted to maintain the peace they had a year ago.

Lacus Clyne giggled a bit and said "Sometimes speaking your mind can get you in trouble. It reminded of the time Cagalli was here. She wanted to say something to herself, but she ended up saying it out loud. She was embarassed and didn't speak the rest of the time."
The Chairwoman finished her soup and asked the waiter for more water.

Lacus giggled a bit and said "I like when you say i remind you of yourself and Cagalli, when you guys were younger. Im just trying to be myself. And fight for the things i love. But i do know when its the best time, to say whats on my mind, and when i should be quiet."
She ate the last bit of her Salad and took some sips of her water.
She said afterwards " Im happy for You and Kira, that you guys are together. I wish i had someone to love too. But im not desperate like others. I just wish i had a boyfriend. But im happy that the Chairwoman is happy.

The chairwoman blushed a bit thinking about Kira. "To honest with you, originally I was engaged to Athrun. It was an arranged marriage that I didn't mind. Athrun would visit me all the time and gave me plenty of haroes which I love to play with. Athrun is a sweet guy, but when I met Kira. Kira was different. He is very kind, and sensitive. He really believes from his heart. I fell for Kira when I nursed him to health." replied the Chairwoman.
Lacus Clyne started blushing again thinking about Kira. "I adore Athrun, but it seems he is interested in Cagalli." added the Lacus Clyne.

she took a sip of her water.

The Chairwoman stood up and bowed to Lacus Jewell. "It was no problem. I'm glad you enjoyed the food. I like to go here sometimes to relax. I just love the atmosphere of this place." said the Chairwoman. Lacus Clyne paid for the check and gave the receipt to the waiter.
