Murrue smiled at Cagalli and at what Mwu had said. She held Mwu's hand and left the room. They were getting ready to head into space and back to Heliopolis. Murrue can remember the first time she was at the original Heliopolis. It was the first time she also met Mwu and Kira. It was hard for her to believe that 3 or 4 years have past since the first war.

Cagalli waved as Mwu and Murrue left to go to Heliopolis. She knew her responsibilites very well, but sometimes she wishes she can have the freedom she once had in the first war. Cagalli thinks about that from time to time. She then got to her senses and looked around. She heard no reports or anything dealing with security.

"You two don't have too much fun," Star said to Murrue and Mwu as they left. She slightly smiled then turned her attention back to Cagalli and Fate. "And then there were three," She said.

"I guess so," replied Cagalli. She looked at time and noticed she had another meeting in one hour. She sighed. "I want Orb to be out of this fight. It goes against our ideals, but we will exerices our right to defend ourselves," she said.

"Yes," Star responded, "It's best not to fight." She signed and ran her hand through her hair. "I just wish people could just talk things through instead of violence and killing," She said.

Cagalli then remembered some events happening during the last few wars. "Lacus," she said. She then explained to Star how Lacus had many attempted assasination, but all of them were thwarted. Anyone connected to Lacus or have known her could be directed related to all those assasination attempts.

"It seems that Miss Lucas has it bad," Fate said, "It's kinda funny when you think about it." Fate lowered his head and looked at the cold ground. "Almost any young girl would kill to be her because of her fame, popularity, and lovely singing voice," Fate smiled, "But then there are those who want to kill her simply because of who she is and her views." He raised his head slowly toward the sky. "But she is hot," Fate smiled, "That Kira is a lucky guy... So is Athrun." He said that assuming that Cagalli and Athrun were still together.

Star slapped him in the back of the head once again. "What's that suppose to mean!?" She stared at him coldly, "You're not a lucky guy because you're with me!?" She was pretty angry at what Fate had said. "You're such a loser," She turned away.

"What a drag," Fate said to himself, "Women always take things the wrong way." He rubbed his head and then walked over to Star. "You're the best thing that ever happen to me," Fate smiled, "And I would never do anything to hurt you." He placed his hand in her hand. "I'm sorry I can't be more like Kira, Mwu, or Athrun... But i'm gonna continue trying to be like them to make you happy," Fate paused, "Even if it kills me."

"I was just joking around," Star smiled, "You take things to serious." She laughed as she turned to look at him. "Kira, Mwu, and Athrun are all great guys," She said, "But they're not Fate Lingod... I love you just the way you are; Caring yet carefree... Funny yet serious."
She looked up to the sky, "I'm pretty sure everyone likes you the way you are," She added.

Cagalli laughed and looked at her left ring finger. The ring Athrun gave her was no longer there, but she still love him very much. She looked at the young couple and it reminded her of when her and Athrun started out. She was very young at the time and so was Athrun, but he was very mature for his age. Cagalli looked towards the horizon and wondered if Athrun was doing ok.

She looked over to Cagalli and she could tell something was bothering her. "Idiot!" Star slapped Fate in the back of the head, "You talking about Athrun made Cagalli think about him." She wanted to make Cagalli feel better. It seemed as if she had the weight of the world on her shoulders since she was Orb's leader. "What you need Cagalli is a break," Star smiled "We should go shopping! That always make a woman happy! We can go to the amusement park too (I don't really know if the Main City has an amusement park, but I figured since it is a big city it must have ;D)."
