ZAFT paying a visit

(((OCC: This takes place after Shinya had a meeting with the chairwoman and was intructed to go to Orb to meet with Cagalli.)))

Shinya entered the atmosphere and headed towards Orb's Onogoro Island. He then gave out his clearance ID and was given instruction to land. Just before landing he transformed back to mobile suit mode and landed. Shinya dropped down from the cable and took off his helmet. He saluted the Orb officers and said,"ZAFT FAITH member Shinya Tanaka, reporting."

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

A few days later after spending time with Fate and Star, Cagalli receives information from PLANTs that a representative on their behalf would come to gather information. In turn, PLANTs would give information back to Orb.

Cagalli enters the room and all personnel stopped what they were doing and saluted.

Shinya notices Orb's leader and immediately snaps into attention. He then ZAFT saluted her as sign of respect. He then shoke her hands and said, "It's nice to meet the Daughter of the Lion and the goddess of victory."

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

Cagalli smiled and said,"Thank you very much for the introduction. You know so muh about me, but I don't believe we have met before." she said.

[Akitsuki Yamato]

"Oh, my apologies my name is Shinya Tanaka. Yamato Taicho, Athrun Zala, and you are very famous. I was stationed in Carpentaria when in the last war. I was not able to participate in the last battle. I guess I was fortunate not to go." he replied.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

Cagalli looked at Shinya. "Did you support Dullindal's destiny plan?" she asked

Shinya looked at Cagalli and paused to gather some thought. "I really don't know what to say. If that was the Chairman's decision we have to follow it. Me, personally I think we have the right to decide if we want our genes to determine who we are and what we do. I believe we are fine the way we are. Coordinators and Naturals alike." he replied.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

"That was a very difficult for you to share. I'm sorry I brought something personal," she replied. She then brought up the subject at hand. I have heard of news about an unknown group, do you know any more details about them," she asked.

[Akitsuki Yamato]

Shinya looked away for a moment and then looked at Cagalli. "It's more than just that group. As soon as they left Armory One we followed them to the Artemis Ruins. We fought for awhile and then Earth Alliance mobile suits came and we were all fighting. ZAFT, Earth Alliance, and that terrorist group. It does not make any sense why would Earth Alliance involve itself." he explained to Cagalli.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

"Earth Alliance!" exclaimed Cagalli. She couldn't handle the news of what the FAITH member told her. "It doesn't get any better because I also heard that X88S was also taken. Wasn't that the same mobile suit that was stolen in the last war?" asked Cagalli.

[Akitsuki Yamato]

Shinya replied,"That is why we cannot rule out Earth Alliance. I was fighting 2 of them. They were Earth Alliance mobile suits alright." He then asked Cagalli if she had any other news to share.

[Cagalli Yula Athha]

"I'm afraid we have no new news. I'm sorry if you feel like this trip was for nothing. I am however sending out my scouts to see if they have any new information. I have sent Murrue and Mwu to Heliopolis II to see if they have any information, but if they do I will let you know," he said.

Cagalli then told Shinya that she to go to another meeting, but would like him to stay in Orb for awhile.

[Akitsuki Yamato]

Shinya smiled at Cagalli and gave her the ZAFT salute. "Thank you very much for the hospitality. I think I will do some sightseeing," he said. As she left the room, he thought it would be a good idea to visit the Orb Memorial since he did live in Orb before. Shinya went on board Epyon and got his civilian clothes. He then went to the locker room and changed to his civilian clothes. He then left to go to Orb Memorial.
