Shinya immediately thought of X42S Destiny and then he thought of the Minerva. He began tot think about the pass battles. He was on the Minerva and that GuAIZ that attacked him seemed it was going for the Minerva. Shinya then shook those thoughts out of his head because he wanted to enjoy his date. After awhile the food server came with their food.

The expression of Yumi's face changed as she saw the food server arriving with their order. The food server handed her plate and said, "Here is your order ma'am, The Orb special. She also handed Shinya's plate and said,"Here is your order sir, Spaghetti with Cagalli sauce." Yumi chuckled a bit after hearing the food server telling Shinya about Cagalli sauce.

Shinya looked at Yumi and laughed a bit. "I really wanted to try the Cagalli spaghetti sauce," he added. He began sprinkling parmesan on top of the spaghetti sauce. He commented on how the spaghetti looks delicious.

Yumi put the napkin on her lap. Orb's special was fried rice with pineapples. She picked up her sthingy and fork and began taking a bite. "Mmm...this is delicious," she said. "How is the spaghetti," she said to Shinya.

Shinya also placed the napkin on his lap. "Itadakimasu," Shinya said as he reached for his fork. He mixed the sauce onto the spaghetti and used his fork to twirl the spaghetti noodle. He then took a bite. "Oishi," he replied to Yumi as he nods in approval of the taste. "This is delicious, no wonder they call it Cagalli's sauce," he said.

Yumi smiled and asked if she could try and for some reason she found herself scooping fried rice on her sthingy and feeding it to Shinya. She couldn't believe herself. Throughout the night Yumi kept struggling within herself, but couldn't help, but be happy just the way she was. "Was that delicious?" asked Yumi.

Shinya smiled after tasting the fried. "That was very delicious, you try some of this spaghetti with the Cagalli's sauce," he replied. Shinya grabbed his fork and spun it around the spaghetti. He reached over to Yumi and fed her.

Yumi leaned across the table and tasted the rolled up spaghetti and liked it. She looked at the clock and began eating her food. She took a sip of water.

Shinya finished most of his food and looked at Yumi. "Is there some place you need to be?" He asked her. He took his napkin and wiped it across his mouth.

She looked at Shinya. "I'm sorry, but I have some place I need to go, but I will stay here a bit longer," she said. She smiled as she reached for her glass of water. She then finished her meal.

Shinya finished his meal and answered Yumi. "It is alright. I have to be some where as well." He finished his drink and paid for the whole meal.

Yumi thanked Shinya for meal and took one last look at the boy she met at Orb Memorial. She then left the restaurant.

Shinya had a good time, but then he thought to himself that he never asked where she was staying or if they would meet again. He finally left the restaurant and headed back to Onogoro Island. |
