I love the metal gear series and I just completed Snake Eater. I know this is a re-make of the PS2, but it is even better on the PS3!
*Spoilers*
What's up with the women Snake gets involve with. I really thought he would end with Tanya (EVA), but she turned out to working for China. Meryl dies and in Sons of Liberty there was no women involveme with him.
Snake Eater does explain a whole lot like how he got the title Big Boss and how his "sons" (solid, liquid, and solidus) would eventually be born.

It was awesome seeing Revolver Ocelot when he was younger. Snake (Big Boss) taught him a lot about guns. It all makes sense now how Ocelot came to be.

Lol, I hear you bro. I mean EVA (Tanya) was hot, but it was such a buzzkill how the ending went. I got to say though, Metal Gear Solid games are epic! Well, they had their moments, but I thought she would end up with him. She ended up disappearing in Hanoi. It was awesome seeing Revolver Ocelot when he was younger. Snake (Big Boss) taught him a lot about guns. It all makes sense now how Ocelot came to be. Which is why I like Snake Eater. I was like OCELOT...YOUNGER, lol! |

I know what you mean. I would love for Big Boss to have a woman by his side. Solid Snake had Meryl, I think. I LOVE this game btw! I didn't know girls play these kinds of games.  |

Which ending did you get? The one where Ocelot wins or Snake (Big Boss) wins? I chose the right gun, instead of the left, but bullet Ocelot fired was a blank. In the end he gave you his One Man Army Revolver gun which you can use the next time you play through the game. |

When I first started the game I didn't think it was going to be as good as Sons of Liberty, but I was wrong. It was very nice! The story, action, plot was nice! In the beginning what did you say you like? MGS1, MGS2, or MGS3? |

Lol, that would be nice. Are you play Peace Walker yet? Yes, I was, but I stopped playing. It got boring. I'm playing Metal Gear Solid 4 now. I am so GLAD I played the Metal Gear Solid Collection, because the storyline had Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 involved. MERYL is there and so was EVA! I thought she disappeared in Hanoi. It turned out Big Boss saved her. Not only that, but she was the surogate mother of Solid and Liquid Snake! I'm on Act 5 now. I couldn't stop playing! |

I know Johnny (Akiba) is a good guy, but him and Meryl? I don't like them as a couple. I know Solid Snake is aging faster, but still...oh well. I'm glad you are having a good time with the game. |

Hehe, sounds like you are having fun! ;D Yes, this game has all the Playstation series games involved so if you have been playing the Metal Gear Solid games you know what is going on. I know Johnny (Akiba) is a good guy, but him and Meryl? I don't like them as a couple. I know Solid Snake is aging faster, but still...oh well. I'm glad you are having a good time with the game. Lol, I take it, you saw the ending. I was shocked that Johnny proposed to Meryl, but she turned him down and ask Johnny to marry her. Awhile back you said it would be nice if Snake had a woman by he side. He did. Big Boss had Eva. She really loved him and that is why she volunteered to be the surogate mother even though they were clones of Big Boss. The ending ending was a shock don't you think? |
