Eric nodded his head. "I'm alright Commander, and what the Chairwoman said made me think about someone I want to protect." Eric said with a smile since he was still thinking about Stellar.

Lacus looked at all of them and thought "they are so sweet together, but that man on the screen does concern me, when kira acts like that"
She looked up on the screen very concerned and thought inside her head "what should i do if they attack soon, i only have my guns, and i can't fight a gundam with them, and maybe i could be her bodyguard, but kira is already, so that wouldn't do either. Im standing in a situation like this, and i am even a Faith member. Thats embarrasing..."

"You think so Miss Clyne?" Eric asked as he looked at Lacus Clyne with a smile for a moment then he began to think that sometimes he should not be the captain of Phantom Pain because of his kindness.

Kira suddenly remembered that he sent Shinya and Sakurai to Lagash. He told Lacus since her capture he left them on Earth so they can secure Lagash base and use it as a base of operations.

Lacus Clyne looked at Eric again and said, "But your kindess doesn't come from being a caring Captain... it's because of who you are." The chairwoman smiled at Eric. She listened to the commander of the ZAFT forces and told him once Lagash is fortify to bring Shinya and Sakurai to reunite the Minerva crew.

The Gray Phantom remained stationary near Aprilius. Sven did what Setsuna instructed him to do. He put restraints on Yumi and sent her to the brig. He also told the CIC to get in touch with Eric. The CIC started to send a transmission: CAPTAIN TAKEMARU THIS IS THE MINERVA. CAN YOU READ US. WE ARE CURRENTLY OUTSIDE OF APRILIUS CITY. PLEASE REPLY. |

Those words Lacus told Eric, reminded Kira of what Lacus Clyne told him in the previous war. Kira asked a nearby ZAFT solider to send a message to FAITH member Shinya and Sakurai requesting their presence in Aprilius on behalf of the chairwoman. He also states to bring reinforcements to Lagash so it would be fortified.

Meanwhile Sakura just left the ship, she was surprised to see the nearby damaged buildings. She then started to look for the Kira Yamato.

Andrew spent his time on the Eternal still assessing what was going on. He was on vacation at the time of the attack. He wanted to talk to Kira and Lacus and see if they knew anything was going on.

The Chairwoman noticed something was bother Lacus. "Are you ok?" she asked. "I hope this is not unbearable for you. We must stand together. I want you to stay close with us. You will meet up with the other FAITH member." she said.

Lacus waked up from her thoughts and said "Im fine, im just standing in a difficult situation, i only have my 2 guns, so i don't know, how much of a help i can be"
She looked at Lacus Clyne and said "Im normally a gundam user, so when im not able to use one, in this kind of situation, then i have to come up with a new plan" She looked at Lacus and smiled to her.

"Thank you for the kind words Miss Clyne, and I guess this is it my ship is here." Eric said as he saluted to Kira then he went back to the Minerva's hanger so he could get his Strike back to the Grey Phantom.

Eric got into the Minerva's hanger and he ran towards his Strike and grabbed the handle for the cable line and which he used it to get into the Strike's cockpit then he got into the cockpit and heard the Grey Phantom's CIC was still trying to get a hold him and he pushed a button so he could respond.
"Grey Phantom, This is Captain Eric Takemura I'm leaving the Minerva now returning to the ship."
Eric replied as the Strike began move out of the Minerva's hanger with is Super Striker Pack still equiped then the wings of the modified the Aile Striker pack then raised up and the Super Strike flew out of the Minerva's hanger and it headed towards the Grey Phantom.
