Lacus was tired after the battle, she was still thinking about, what happend in the gundam. She almost lost, she wasn't thinking straight, something must have gone wrong, but what did?
She went to the Mess Hall to rest a bit and yawned a bit.

After resting for the entire time Sakurai left her room and made her way to the Mess Hall. At the very last minute she stumbled across a female F.A.I.T.H. member. "Taicho..." she said as she quickly render a salute.

Kira looked up and immediately saw a familar face. "Waltfeld-san, please, sit," said Kira. The young captain looked across the room and saw Sakurai speaking to Lacus Tamako. He smiled and nodded a bit at her.

Sakurai still felt depressed, but she tried her best to smile and act as normal as possible. Shinya's death impacted her so much. She looked at Kira nodded. After saluting Lacus Tamako, Sakurai stood in line to get a sandwich, salad, an orange and some tea. She decided to sit in the same table as Kira and Andrew.

Lacus nodded to Sakurai and Kira, after that she went to get some food. She took her tray and joined Kira and Waltfeld. "Mind if i join you guys" She smiled to them and placed her food on the table.

Kira smiled and nodded at Lacus Tamako. "I don't mind at all, please join us." he said, to the pink-haired pilot. "Sakurai, it's good to see you too," said Kira.

Sakurai forced a smile on her face. She was still depressed, but she knew, she has to continue on. She changed the subject and said, "Today's food isn't as bad."

Andrew Waltfeld continued eating his meal. When Sakurai spoke about the food, he had to say something. "On Archangel, we sometimes have the ORB special, which is spaghetti with Cagalli special sauce," he said.
