History : Setsuna Seiei was raised in a country on the brink of civil war over religious beliefs . He was recruited into a rebel group t the age of 13 for 3 years he fought and preformed terroist warfare acts. A month before he turned the age 16 the group of rebels he was with were fighting in the final conflict but their enemies ended up bringing in mercenaries that have acquired mobile suits. As they tried their best to take down the mobile suits, most of the members in the group were killed except for Setsuna.
Two days after this conflict the Earth Alliance were called in by the countries representatives to help restore order and take out the mercenary group with mobile suits. After order was restored, being serverly injured setsuna awoken on the battlefield where he last fought be in a different type of personality like he once had. He looked up with his glowing coordinator eyes (shinya said i can use the innovator eyes from 00 as seed mode for setsuna.) at a masked man named Neo leader of the Earth Alliance at the time. Neo brought setsuna into the Earth Alliance knowing he would be a useful ally against their enemies, ZAFT.
Two years of training past for Setsuna. He was the age of 18 when he completed his training to fight in mobile suits. Due to his experience with close range combat in a mobile suit he was put into a team made of special gifted soldiers called Phantom Pain.
