Shinya looked at Sakurai's console and stared into space. He was thinking about upcoming mission. There could be a good chance those mobile suits might show up again. It would only be Sakurai and himself with additional back-up from what is left over of ZAFT forces.

Sakurai noticed Shinya in deep thought and wanted to say something, but she too, was also nervous about the what is about to happen.

Kira looked at the viewing monitor and thought hard about his plan to rescue Lacus. It would be dangerous since he was the only pilot going. He reminded himself that this was not retaking Aprilius, but rescuing Lacus.

After hearing what Kira was talking about to his crew members Eric gently grabbed Stellar's hand so she wouldn't wonder around and looked at her. "Lets go to the guest quarters ok Stellar?" he said to her and smiled.

Shinya was still thinking about the upcoming battle. He didn't think he would actually be fighting on the same base he was stationed during the second war. He then saw Eric and Stellar leaving the room.

After Athrun entered the Minerva he went to a nearby elevator and had it take him straight to the brige since he wanted to know what was going on since Cagalli asked him to and the when it stopped at the bridge he stepped out and saw Kira talking to Shinya and the others that were on the bridge. "Kira did something happen at the Plants, because me and Cagalli were wondering was going on."

Kira looked at Athrun and nodded. "A man by the name of Corrozo Ronah has assumed power in PLANTs. He seeks to rid the world of Naturals and establish Coordinators to be the successors of humanity. He strongly believed in your father, Patrick Zala and calls his regime the Zala Foundation. He has taken control of PLANTs and imprisoned Lacus Clyne. I have decided to go on a rescue mission with the remaining ZAFT forces to free the Chairwoman. Meanwhile I have tasked Shinya and Sakurai with re-taking Carpentaria Base. Minerva will lead the rescue attempt in Aprilius City." he said to Athrun.

Meanwhile, on board the Gray Phantom, Sven was trying to reach Eric on his mobile device. He was trying to relay the message Setsuna and himself were talking awhile back.

Eric was still in the elevator with Stellar then he felt his mobile phone going off since he put it on vibrate from before he got on the Minerva and he noticed Sven was trying to get a hold of him then he awnsered his phone. "This is Eric go ahead Sven."

"That name is famillar since their was a man by that name since he was stationed at Junius 7 before the first war started." Athrun replied to Kira since he knew that man was an aquantence of his father Patrick Zala.

Kira looked at Athrun and replied. "So you know this person? I think he is using your father as a way to gain influence, but he has already done that."
Kira was worried about Lacus and was wondering if she was doing ok.

While broadcasting to Eric, a brief flashback came to Sven as he remembered the conversation.

Setsuna replied to Sven," He's just asking to be shot down or captured...."
Setsuna grinned his teeth before continuing," Sven quickly get Eric on comm-link and see if he can get Kira to work with us. This new threat may effect us later on." A sudden paused came across setsuna's mind as he went into a flash back of the fighting and the slaughter. He came to after a short moment.

Eric thought for a minute while he was still in contact with Sven. "Sven is the container labeled SS still in the hanger?" Eric asked since he would have to use that configuration of the Strike sooner or later.
